In fragrance news, DefineMe Creative Studio recently teamed up with Mattel to launch Barbie Eau de Parfum—taking advantage of the Barbiecore phenomenon and the consumer’s love of all things pink.
 
In business news, Johnson & Johnson announced plans to split-off at least 80.1% of the shares of Kenvue Inc. through an exchange offer. If the exchange offer is effectuated, Johnson & Johnson will no longer be the controlling shareholder of Kenvue, and Kenvue will operate as a separate and fully independent company.
 
Lastly, it was announced that L’Oréal CEO Nicolas Hieronimus will deliver the first-ever keynote from a beauty company at CES 2024.
